About Cheryl
A little background about me: I’ve spent 24+ years as a business owner, leader, and trainer in service‑based businesses, with 8+ years in technology and technology sales helping teams adopt new tools and systems. Along the way, I’ve built and scaled multiple businesses, created SparkWorks OS and the PersonaSync “Digital Twin” methodology, and become known for helping established women service providers design freedom-first companies that actually support their lives.
If you really want to know what drives me, it's this:
I don't believe we're here to live small, quiet lives behind a computer screen. Life is meant to be lived out loud - in rooms with laughter, on porches with friends, on airplanes headed somewhere sunny, and in long conversations that skip the weather talk and go straight to what actually matters.
I'm naturally driven. I like building things, momentum, and seeing ideas turn into something real and profitable. But I'm not motivated by titles or applause. I'm motivated by impact. What brings me the most joy isn't just succeeding - it's helping other people succeed. I genuinely light up when someone I'm working with gains clarity, confidence, or momentum. Watching someone step into their potential? That's my kind of win.
Work, in my world, must serve life. It should fund freedom, fuel adventure, and create space for connection - never consume my identity or steal my joy. If success costs me my relationships or my peace, I'm not interested. Freedom is my north star. I want the kind of freedom where I can book a flight, take a long lunch, host friends, or pivot directions without asking permission from a boss, or a system that doesn't know my name. Money is fuel, not identity.

And I love helping women build theirs.
Integrity matters to me more than applause. Being truly seen matters more than being impressive. I measure success by the quality of my experiences and the joy I get to share with others. Did I create something meaningful? Did I encourage someone? Did I laugh? Did I help someone move forward? That's the scoreboard and what matters to me.
