With over 23 years as a licensed realtor, I’ve weathered the ups and downs of economic cycles in real estate, gaining invaluable experience and insights along the way. My passion for embracing technology has always been a cornerstone of my career, and recently, I’ve immersed myself in the transformative world of AI—specifically ChatGPT. Today, I’m thrilled to share this knowledge with YOU, helping you bridge the gap between real estate and innovation.
My journey began with an entrepreneurial spark ignited by my parents, who owned an archery and cycle shop. Their work ethic and creativity inspired me to carve my own path in real estate, where I quickly scaled my solo business into a thriving six-figure enterprise. By partnering with local builders, cultivating a robust referral network, and embracing technology ahead of the curve, I didn’t just make it—I thrived!
As Assistant Manager of PMZ’s Merced office, I had the privilege of mentoring and training both new and experienced agents. By combining my expertise in technology, mindset, and sales strategies, I not only supported individual agents but also drove company-wide innovation. My focus on collaboration and adaptability left a lasting impact on many careers.
In recent years, I took a bold leap forward, founding the "AI Real Estate Hacks Masterclass" to revolutionize how real estate professionals integrate AI into their work. As CEO, I’ve developed tools and strategies that empower agents to work smarter, improve client experiences, and achieve exceptional results. My goal is to simplify the complexities of AI and show others how it can unlock new levels of success.
At the heart of everything I do is a love for learning, sharing, and helping others succeed. I believe that embracing change and innovation is the key to thriving in an ever-evolving industry—and I’m passionate about guiding others along that journey.
When I’m not working, you can find me traveling with my husband and our mini dachshund, enjoying music and dancing, or relaxing by the beach. These moments of joy and connection fuel my drive to keep learning and giving back.
